Inside Sales Manager

New York, NY

Safe Drive Systems is a leading developer and distributor of auto safety technologies. We provide safety systems designed to prevent or greatly reduce the severity of an accident and offer them direct to the consumer.

We are seeking a proven, quota-driven Inside Sales Manager to help grow our customer base. Candidates should have vast experience in building successful sales teams, including; hiring, training and motivating, with the ability to continually hit and exceed targets.

The Sales Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional and enthusiastic self-starter.

The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment, and must be familiar with inside sales and telemarketing best practices. The right person will have experience in managing teams of up to 20 sales agents in an inside call center environment.


  • Hire, train, develop & manage a team of 15-20 Inside Sales Agents
  • Direct the sales process, including lead generation, scripts, training and motivation
  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
  • Implement a sales culture with ideas and ways to constantly motivate a team to exceed targets


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 7 – 10 years of sales experience
  • 2 – 5 years of sales management experience
  • Experience working within the Insurance, home alarm systems, or other high end, direct response sales is preferable
  • Must be able to articulate success in hiring, managing and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience forecasting revenue

Safe Drive Systems provides advanced Forward Collision and Lane Departure Warning systems direct to the consumer in the automotive aftermarket industry. We are a young startup that believes that everyone should be able to have peace of mind when driving without having to purchase a new, high end model vehicle, or spending a fortune for such a system. We are a direct response, consumer driven, company that advertises heavily to generate both inbound calls and outbound leads.

We are looking for top sales people who love closing the sale in one or two calls in both an inbound and outbound environment to help us expand in our second office in Roseland, NJ.
